Getting an apartment and a mobile phone

There are lots of services for foreigners that look for an apartment, guesthouse or similar in Japan. Some of them offer weekly accomodations, most are monthly though.
Moreover some of those also sell pre-paid cell phones, useful if you only have a tourist visa, otherwise you can get a mobile phone everywhere in Tokyo.
